Dispatching Your Order

We aim to pack and dispatch your goods within 24 hours from the time that your order is received.  If there is to be a delay we will contact you to discuss the options.  During periods of peak demand (e.g. Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the processing and delivery of your order, so please allow a little extra time for delivery.  We aim to keep you updated as soon as we hear of any issues that may affect the sending of your items.  A Royal Mail tracking number can be supplied on request.

Orders are generally processed 09.00 AM to 17.00PM Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Options

UK address
All orders are sent out using the Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded postal service, a tracking number can be supplied on request. Please allow up to 48hrs to receive your ordered items.

International Orders
Please contact us to arrange delivery to any address outside of the UK.  We will contact our couriers and let you know the estimated cost and delivery time.  Delivery times for international orders will vary greatly depending upon the destination.

Postage and Packaging Charges

UK orders
Free Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class postage to UK mainland addresses.

International Orders
Please contact us to arrange international delivery, we will get back to you with a cost and estimated delivery time.  (This includes delivery to the Irish Republic).

Next day delivery (available mainland UK only)
Please contact us if you need your items urgently and we can arrange Next Day Delivery.  This can start from £4.95 but will vary depending on the size and quantity of items being delivered.

Cheque
Cheques should be denominated in Pounds Sterling and must originate from a UK bank. Please make your cheque payable to Progear UK Ltd.

We can not accept cheques on international orders and can only dispatch orders that are paid for by cheque once the cheque has been cleared in our bank account, this can take up to 10 days.

VERY IMPORTANT! Please write your home address on the back of your cheque.

Cash
Cash payment can be made in UK sterling only. For your own security, please ensure that you send any cash by REGISTERED MAIL.

Stock Availability

Please contact us directly via email at sales@progear-uk.co.uk if you wish to check the very latest stock availability as we can not guarantee that all the items displayed on the site will permanently be available.  If a product is out of stock or no longer available we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your options.

Out of Stock Items

Where we have accepted payment on-line and the item is out of stock we will contact you with the anticipated stock arrival date.  You will then have the option of waiting for the product to arrive, a full refund, or an exchange.  You will always be informed within 48 hours of your order.  If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be given the option of waiting and provided with an estimated delivery date.  Where a part order is fulfilled and the additional items follow on when stock is available, you will not be charged postage on the follow on items.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, it would help us if you could first send an email to sales@progear-uk.co.uk explaining briefly why you need to return or exchange the item.

If you wish to return an item that you ordered in error and there is nothing wrong with it, the item must be returned with the original packaging and all of the tags intact.  We do understand that some of the outer packaging may be damaged during opening.  All unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of the date on which you ordered it.  Progear UK will then refund the full amount that you have paid for that product.  Postage and packing will only be refunded on defective/faulty goods.  These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

PLEASE NOTE:
We can not refund or exchange any items that clearly show they have been worn, washed or are otherwise damaged, other than where the item was received in defective condition.

Returns Address

You will be responsible for any item(s) being returned, as such we recommend that you use a secure method of delivery that requires a signature at point of delivery.  Please send your return(s) to us at the following address:

Exchanges

All items must be returned with their original tags and packaging where possible most importantly items must be in a resalable condition and received by PROGEAR UK Ltd within 30 days of receipt.  Please contact us in advance of sending any items for exchange back to us in order that we can prepare the substitute goods in a timely manner.  It would also help if you could enclose the original order confirmation/invoice that clearly shows your name, address and a contact telephone number.  A postal charge will apply for exchange goods requested.

Defective Products

If a product is defective, we will replace/exchange the item or refund the product cost in full.  We will also refund the cost of your return postage.  Please make sure you notify us of any defective goods within 7 days of receipt.

Complaints

We hope you are extremely pleased with the service you recieve from PROGEAR however if you feel you have grounds for a complaint we would like to hear from you.  We aim to deal with any complaints as quickly and as fairly as possible, please contact us by email or telephone and we would be only too happy to discuss the situation.

This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current.
