Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, it would help us if you could first send an email to email@example.com expalining briefly why you need to return or exchange the item.
If you wish to return an item that you ordered in error and there is nothing wrong with it, the item must be returned with the original packaging and all of the tags intact. We do understand that some of the outer packaging may be damaged during opening. All unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of the date on which you ordered it. Progear UK will then refund the full amount that you have paid for that product. Postage and packing will only be refunded on defective/faulty goods. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot refund or exchange any items that have clearly been worn, washed or are otherwise damaged, other than where the item was received in defective condition.
You will be responsible for any item(s) being returned, as such we recommend that you use a secure method of delivery that requires a signature at point of delivery. Please send your return(s) to us at the following address:

All items must be returned with their original tags (and packaging where possible) and in a resalable condition within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us in advance of sending the items for exchange back in order that we can prepare the substitute goos in a timely manner. It would also help if you could enclose the original order confirmation/invoice that clearly shows your name, address and a contact telephone number. A postal charge will apply for exchange goods requested.
If a product is defective, we will replace/exchange the item or refund the product cost in full. We will also refund the cost of your return postage. Please make sure you notify us of any defective goods within 7 days of receipt.
