Dispatching Your Order
We aim to pack and dispatch your goods within 24 hours from the time that your order is received. If there is to be a delay we will contact you to discuss the options. During periods of peak demand (e.g. Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the processing and delivery of your order, so please allow a little extra time for delivery. We aim to keep you updated as soon as we hear of any issues that may affect the sending of your items.
Orders are generally processed 09.00 AM to 17.00PM Monday to Friday.
Delivery Options
UK address
All orders are sent out using the Royal Mail 1st Class postal service.Please allow up to 48hrs to receive your ordered items.
International Orders
Please contact us to arrange delivery to any address outside of the UK. We will contact our couriers and let you know the estimated cost and delivery time. Delivery times for international orders will vary greatly depending upon the destination.
Postage and Packaging Charges
UK orders
Free Royal Mail 1st Class postage to UK mainland addresses.
International Orders
Please contact us to arrange international delivery, we will get back to you with a cost and estimated delivery time. (This includes delivery to the Irish Republic).
Next day delivery (available mainland UK only)
Please contact us if you need your items urgently and we can arrange Next Day Delivery. This can start from £4.95 but will vary depending on the size and quantity of items being delivered.

Cheque
Cheques should be denominated in Pounds Sterling and must originate from a UK bank. Please make your cheque payable to Progear UK Ltd.
We can not accept cheques on international orders and can only dispatch orders that are paid for by cheque once the cheque has been cleared in our bank account, this can take up to 10 days.
VERY IMPORTANT! Please write your home address on the back of your cheque.
Cash
Cash payment can be made in UK sterling only. For your own security, please ensure that you send any cash by REGISTERED MAIL.

Stock Availability
Please contact us directly via email at sales@progear-uk.co.uk if you wish to check the very latest stock availability as we can not guarantee that all the items displayed on the site will permanently be available. If a product is out of stock or no longer available we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss your options.
Out of Stock Items
Where we have accepted payment on-line and the item is out of stock we will contact you with the anticipated stock arrival date. You will then have the option of waiting for the product to arrive, a full refund, or an exchange. You will always be informed within 48 hours of your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be given the option of waiting and provided with an estimated delivery date. Where a part order is fulfilled and the additional items follow on when stock is available, you will not be charged postage on the follow on items.
